Spacious Boutique Lux 3bed-Free Parking

Très bel appartement situé à proximité de la station de métro Woodside park. Positive: L'appartement est très spacieux, moderne. Très belle terrasse. Les chambres sont magnifiques.. 2 salles de bains dont 1 attenante à une chambre. Placard dans toutes les chambres. L'appartement se situe dans un quartier calme et très proche du métro (2 minutes à pied). 30 min en métro du centre (Trafalgar square). La ligne Northern line dessert de nombreux sites principaux. Negative: Loin des supermarchés à pied (20 min). Quelques rénovations à faire pour rendre l'appartement encore plus impeccable.

Wyjazd udany, kwestia dobrego towarzystwa i dobrej lokalizacji, po małym remoncie i usunięciu usterek byłoby 5 gwiazdek. Positive: Dobra lokalizacja, bliskość stacji metra i dojazd jedną linią do centrum. Urocza okolica. Przestronny pokój wspólny, duży stół ławki i fotele. Miejsce dla 7 osób i fajna baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie. Negative: To może być jednorazowa sytuacja, ale nam się trafiło opóźnienie z zakwaterowaniu przez serwis sprzątający, oraz mimo opóźnienia nie posprzątane mieszkanie. Pościele były świeże ale podłogi i stół nie umyte, szafka nocna zniszczona, a co najgorsze przeciek w jednej sypialni, na podłodze dywanowej, graniczącej z toaletą, przez co w sypialni i reszcie mieszkania przez cały pobyt towarzyszył bardzo przykry zapach z kanalizacji. Ogólny stan był dobry ale wiele elementów wymagałoby odświeżenia lub wymiany.

Couldn’t be any better! Positive: During our stay at Boutique Lux London Apartments in Totteridge, we were thoroughly impressed — it felt like a home away from home, in the best way possible. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond: friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with whatever we needed. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself is beautifully designed — spacious, bright and with thoughtful touches everywhere. We absolutely loved having a terrace (with access from the living room and two of the bedrooms) which gave us a quiet space to relax with a coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening. The décor is modern and tasteful, the fixtures high quality, and the place really felt clean and well cared for. Two bathrooms helped when travelling with others, and the kitchen is well-equipped so we could prepare meals comfortably. One of the standout features was the location. Although Totteridge feels peaceful and leafy, we were still very well connected. The Tube station was just a short walk away, making it easy to get into central London. We also appreciated the proximity to local shops, cafés, and green spaces — everything we wanted was within walking distance. Plus, free on-site parking was a huge bonus (rare for London!), which made things much more convenient for us. Value for money was excellent. Considering the size, comfort, amenities, and how well everything worked, we felt we got real bang for our buck. The apartment was quiet at night, which contributed a lot to the restful quality of our stay. If you’re looking for somewhere stylish, comfortable, and well-located for both city access and peace and quiet, Boutique Lux London Apartments is a fantastic choice. We’ll definitely be recommending it — and hope to return ourselves!

Really nice place Positive: Everything looks like the pictures. There is Everything you need, towels, dishwasher, plates and glasses. Washing machine ( although we didn't use it) . Very close to woodside park station. Close to shops, woodside park. The owner was easy to talk to ( the lights went out and in 3 min it was fixed over the phone) and easy to get in touch with, very nice person. The beds are fine, there are 3 double and one double sofabed. Everything was clean. Nice big table inside and a big terrace. We will come back anytime. Negative: That we have to leave.
